Chair Holder,
had been held successfully on
18 May 2012.

CERC Annual General Meeting - 2 May 2012
The 18th CERC AGM has been scheduled for 2 May 2012 from 12:15 to 12:45pm. A seminar on "Language Policy Research in Historical and Comparative Perspective" by Professor James W. Tollefson will follow after the AGM!

CERC would like to extend congratulations to
Ruth Hahoe, Jun Li, Jing Lin and Qiang Zha, the authors of our latest
book in the Series "CERC Studies in Comparative Education", entitled
Portraits
of 21st Century Chinese Universities: In the Move to Mass Higher
Education. The book has received the 2nd place in the
3rd Annual Comparative & International Education Society (CIES) Higher
Education Special Interest Group (HESIG) Best Books for the academic
year 2011-2012! CERC hosted the 2012 Annual Conference of the Comparative Education Society of Hong Kong (CESHK) on 25 February.
