CERCular: No.2 of 1997

Regular readers of CERCular will know that Max Eckstein spent a period in CERC during 1996, following which he was appointed one of our three distinguished Associate Members.

During the time that Max was with us, seeds were planted for a project which has now bloomed. This is the electronic version of a collection of papers previously published jointly by Max Eckstein and Harold Noah. It is entitled Doing Comparative Education: Three Decades of Collaboration.
