The Comparative Education Society of Hong Kong (CESHK) Annual Conference 2013 will be held in Chinese University of Hong Kong on February 23 (Saturday), 2013, with the theme on "Educational Reform and Social Change: East-West Dialogue". 

I am honored to invite you to submit a proposal for individual paper presentation or symposium of a special theme at the CESHK annual event. Your paper presented at the conference may be included for publication by the CESHK's official journal, Comparative Education Bulletin (CEB), No. 16, 2014.
