Semi-modal verbs
Here is a list of semi-modal verbs. Note that they all convey the basic meaning of obligation:

gotta [very informal] |
We use semi-modal verbs mainly in informal speech. Here is a character in a story:
MegaMonster yawned loudly. "I have to get some sleep!"
