Invited Speakers
We have great pleasure in welcoming five internationally renowned scholars to give plenary and featured presentations at the Conference. Their research expertise ranges from literacy development in multilingual contexts, the role of English in globalization, medium of instruction policies in higher education, to national language planning at the macro level.
